Last tuesday during taekwando,i did a back thrust and unfortunately this was the first time it happen i kick and i slip and fell(it is vry loud as the sound is boom)and it hurt badly.I even injured my hand n leg.There is also a mark on my hand near to my elbow.The pain was actually unbearable but after a few days it heals leaving the mark there but if i hit it onto smth hard it still will hurt so it best that nobody come and hit my injury.=D
